All watches sold by "Perfect Timing" are under the following return\warranty policy:
All watches shipped to customers are carefully checked by a "Perfect Timing" expert to be sure that the watch works well, and to be sure that the watch contains no damage.
All watches shipped to customers are carefully packaged, and shipped by insured mail.
"Perfect Timing" warranty only that the watch received by the buyer will be working. If the watch is damaged because of the shipment, it is the buyer responsibility to contact the shipping company to collect the insurance amount.
If the watch received by the buyer is not working, the buyer has the right to return the watch, at his own expenses, to "Perfect Timing" at the following address:

"Perfect Timing" has the option to exchange the received watch with the same model-working watch, or, to return the full paid buyer original amount.
